A: Conference passes/badges are strictly for the individual who purchased it and should only be used by that person. Sharing of passes/badges is not allowed.

A: Cancellations received in writing by March 24, 2024 will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $250 for All Access and Daily Passes; $50 for Expo Only Passes. However, substitutions can be made at ant time . To transfer your registration to a colleague, simply call 1-800-727-1227

A: Yes. We provide breakfast Wednesday through Friday for All Access Pass holders; lunch Wednesday and Thursday. Additionally snacks and refreshments are provided throughout the event. Please refer to the agenda for times and availability.

A: Please register at least 4 weeks prior to the conference. For any dietary restrictions/special meal requests, please list your request(s) in the Special Needs section when registering. For all other needs, please call 1-800-727-1227 with your accommodation request.
