Q: Can I earn recertification credits by attending EPIC?

A: Yes. The Spring 2024 event, rewarded attendees with 11 credits towards maintaining their HRCI and SHRM certifications.

Q: Can I share my pass/badge with a co-worker?
A: Conference passes/badges are strictly for the individual who purchased it and should only be used by that person. Sharing of passes/badges is not allowed.
Q: I am registered, but no longer able to attend. What are my options?
A: Cancellations received in writing by March 24, 2024 will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $250 for All Access and Daily Passes; $50 for Expo Only Passes. However, substitutions can be made at ant time . To transfer your registration to a colleague, simply call 1-800-727-1227
Q: What if I have special needs or dietary requirements?

A: Please register at least 4 weeks prior to the conference. For any dietary restrictions/special meal requests, please list your request(s) in the Special Needs section when registering. For all other needs, please call 1-800-727-1227 with your accommodation request.

Q: Is hotel and travel included in my registration?
A: No. All travel arrangements, including hotel and flight are made by the attendee.
Q: Are there any special hotel or travel discounts available to attendees?

A: Yes. Please see here for information and discounts on your hotel and airfare.

Q: When does the call for EPIC 2025 Speakers open?

The EPIC 2025 Call for Speaker Presentations will open in October 2024.
